Wish List and Dreams

This site really did start as a site to help women start up after they have had to start over. THAT IS THE INTENT BEHIND 2 women entrepreneurs, is to help and to educate folks wanting to start their own business. We have no intention of losing sight of that fact. Number 1 on our wish list is anything that you need to help us help you be successful. In some ways our wish list is your wish list.

In an ideal world we would have so many business success and personal success stories that it would take all day to read them (hint , hint... send us your business success stories so that they will encourage others to start up a business when they have to start their lives over due to life changing events)

Learning is a byproduct of communication and trust. We choose to learn as much from you as you do from us and that you come to trust the WE2 community for support and accurate information. In order for us to keep in line with our intent we need your help, your input. PLEASE let us know what you need from us.

We want to see lots of articles written by you and I am sure there are articles that you have written or would like to write that will fit into our guest writers spot. If you are worried about your grammar and such, Gail will be more than happy to proof the articles prior to publication. Rant and Rave articles are also important as we can all learn from them and you can vent. But we want the funny, the serious and the irreverent along with the technical.

Gail and I keep going round about the most ethical way to do this and not have the site feel like just a collection of adds; the item in question is a service directory or classified ads. Let us know how you feel about this networking tool and how you see this type of addition to the site. I know for me as a web designer that a 20.00 a month listing in this classified type situation is very desirable but I also do not want to have the site feel like the only thing that it is an advertising vehicle.

Hopefully, at some point, we can have a volunteer from each state who will monitor their state's legislation and report on changes in laws or codes that apply to small business.

Upcoming projects

I don't know about you all but I want a logo sweat and coffee cup. My idea of a sweat is not one of those things from Wally world but a good quality one that becomes like a security blanket. So look for 2 WE merchandise coming in the next couple of months. We will carry high quality gear to remind us that we are not alone in this insane world.

We have kicked around the idea of a 2womens garage sale area that will be members only and free to sell and swap between members.  This will not be a vehicle for product lines and such but to sell things like that nice suit that does not fit anymore or a load of quilting fabric or anything else that you might find in a garage sale.
